The Queen Room was spacious and boasted a decent free breakfast with a solid selection. Plus, being so close to Creekside Pub & Brewery and Trifon's Pizza made for some tasty evenings out!
The TV channels were a bit wonky—some made it look like everyone had blue skin. And the Guide button? Total no-show! Made finding channels a bit of a scavenger hunt.

Ground floor rooms make it super easy for pets. The rooms were quiet, which I loved, and everything was clean. I didn't stick around for breakfast, though.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the slow internet made it frustrating to get online.

missingWrote a review on Nov 18dirty carpetunhelpful staff
From the start, our experience was disappointing. The first room had a dirty carpet with ominous stains that immediately put me off. The TV didn't work, and when I sought help from the front desk, the staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive. On top of that, we had to deal with a noisy refrigerator disrupting our sleep. To add insult to injury, I was charged incorrectly upon checkout, which required a frustrating call back for a resolution. This stay was incredibly distressing.

My stay was primarily for visiting family nearby and it turned out to be quite a mixed experience. While I appreciated the decent breakfast options and the convenience of being a short drive from local attractions like Wascana Lake, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It had noticeable marks on the mirrors and dirty vents, which detracted from the overall comfort. Plus, we were placed on the second floor despite requesting the main floor, which was less than ideal. Still, the location made it easy to explore around Regina.

I had a lovely stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed, which made my nights restful. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfactory, providing a good start to my day.
The pillows were a bit too soft.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and easy access to the outside via patio doors.
The room heater was excessively loud and couldn’t be shut off without unplugging it, making for a restless night. Cleaning was only scheduled every three days, which felt inadequate. I was disappointed that during breakfast time, the area was being cleaned up too early, and I couldn't enjoy the meal unhurried. Additionally, I faced difficulties in getting extra towels as they were unavailable, which is a common request in most hotels.

Check-in was fairly simple, but I felt a bit rushed by the front desk staff. The room, a King Room, Non Smoking, was clean and had a huge TV, which was a nice surprise. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the ample space in the room. Breakfast was a highlight—lots of options including hot scrambled eggs and sausages, giving a good start to the day. However, I did encounter some issues. This left me feeling uneasy since I could only use a credit card for it. Additionally, the noise from the heater kept me awake at night, which was disappointing. I also found the location to be okay, although there were narrow spaces between the desk and the bed making it difficult to work comfortably.

missingWrote a review on Sept 16dirty carpetsrude staff
I was simply horrified to find dirty carpets and sticky lamps in my room, just unbelievable! And don’t even get me started on the bathroom sink—it literally had the audacity to be plugged! I almost thought of giving a good review, but the lack of empathy from the staff was staggering. How hard is it to provide basic customer care? Ridiculous!
